The Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and generate high-quality leads. This role requires a creative thinker who can manage social media platforms, produce compelling content, optimize website SEO, and analyze digital performance to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Create and schedule engaging posts, campaigns, and ads to promote brand awareness and drive traffic. Monitor social media trends and audience insights to refine strategies and content.
  • Content Creation & Blog Management: Produce high-quality, relevant content including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and other multimedia. Oversee the editorial calendar, ensuring timely publication of blog posts that align with SEO best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to generate creative ideas that resonate with our audience.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and blog posts for search engines using current SEO strategies and keyword research. Monitor SEO performance and adjust tactics to improve organic search rankings and drive quality traffic. Stay current with industry trends and algorithm updates to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Lead Generation & Analytics: Implement digital campaigns designed to generate leads and convert them into opportunities. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs) to track performance. Analyze campaign data and prepare regular reports with actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the design, development, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments. Engage with customers and community members online, fostering positive brand interactions.
