Human Resources Administrator

Role Description
What you'll be doing:
- Handling a wide range of HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR policy implementation
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant HR policies, labour laws and regulations
- Providing support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters
- Coordinating and facilitating training and development programmes for employees
- Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives and projects
- Assisting with payroll processing and other HR-related reporting
- Collaborating with the management team to address HR-related concerns and implement solutions
- Maintain and updating HR systems, processes and Employee Handbook
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related matters
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to human resources as and when needed
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR Executive or HR Generalist role
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree of Human Resources Management, Business Administrative or any relevant field
- Strong knowledge of human resources best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Words, Excel and PowerPoint
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve HR-related issues
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
