  • Policy & Procedure Implementation: Help in maintaining company policies for smooth workflow and compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Assist with operational tasks as needed, including supporting retail and internal coordination.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, administration, or HR roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations, tax compliance, and payroll processing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
