Digital (Influencer) Advertising Initiatives:
- Assist in identifying and partnering with relevant influencers to promote the brand and its products/services.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall campaign and public relation strategies and objectives.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of influencer collaborations, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage relationships with digital advertising vendor, negotiating contracts and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Online and Traditional Media Management:
- Oversee and maintain the brand's presence across various online platforms, including social media channels, websites, and blogs.
- Manage traditional media channels to ensure consistent and effective brand love messaging.
- Monitor media trends and audience engagement, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and impact.
- Support the execution and evaluation of public relations and media communication strategies to meet the company’s communication objectives.
- This includes measuring and improving the quality of media coverage, engagement, views, reach, and overall maximization of positive exposure and positioning.
Public Relations Support:
- Assist in crafting and distributing press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials to secure positive media coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, journalists, and industry publications.
- Assist in securing and generating coverage for the company across media channels, both offline and online.
- This includes written communications, measurement of viewership, and comparison of coverage with competitors, targeting key geographical demographics.
- Assist department leadership in identifying, developing, and maintaining collaborative and professional relationships with media members, local community leaders, and industry-relevant influencers to assess collaboration and sponsorship opportunities.
Customer Advocacy Enhancement:
- Develop and implement strategies to encourage and amplify customer advocacy through testimonials, reviews, and user-generated content.
- Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to identify and leverage opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with regional teams to understand customer needs through active discussions.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Collect and analyse data related to influencer campaigns, media engagement, and PR activities to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing campaign performance, audience reach, and engagement metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform future strategies and initiatives.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including regional offices, Operations, Product and Brands to ensure cohesive and aligned communication efforts.
- Assist in coordinating events such as Go-to-Market/ company’ activity, driving event attendance and media coverage while maintaining positive relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
- Execute departmental tasks and achieve targets set for departmental Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Comply with the company’s code of conduct, policies, procedures, and lawful directions related to your employment and duties, including any amendments thereto.
- Perform any other functions as directed by management from time to time.
