Make an impact
- Cold call and identify potential customers by using various channels, for examples, referrals, and recommendations from new customers.
- Understand and clarify the customer requirements.
- Identify the best product or solutions based on the customer needs and explain the product or solutions.
- Schedule follow-up actions and create a call plan for effective customer retention and business development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to build strong external customer relationships and meet customer needs.
- Demo the product or solutions, provide advanced product/solutions information and respond to basic customer questions about the product/solutions.
Bring to the team
- Diploma and Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience with a proven track record of growing sales revenue profitably.
- High sales goal oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Candidates from forklift and material handling industry is an added advantages.
