JOB SCOPE

1. Assist Heads of Department in consolidating their information requirements (including type of data/ analysis, frequency, level of details, etc.), identifying gaps in current information provided and their actual requirements.

2. Review all system reports and non-system generated reports to identify areas of overlaps and where the present IT systems are able or not able to provide the required information.

3. Review all system generated information to determine and ensure integrity, accuracy and validity of data presented.

4. To highlight missing/ incomplete information generated by the system for rectification and/ or modifications or amendments/ deletion.

5. Review reporting tools used and where necessary, propose new analytical tools including Artificial Intelligence and automation that will meet the report generation requirements.

6. Assist in the design, development and implementation of dashboards for management use.

7. Assist in the preparation of SOPs’ on reports generations process and methodology on validation of data source, data collection and reports generation including dashboards.

8. Prepare an annual plan (in collaboration with the Group’s Internal Audit Department) for auditing the internal reporting processes and reports generated to ensure accuracy, validity and security of the information and data. Carry out the approved audit plan as approved and seek prior approval for any changes in the audit plan. Prepare reports to CEO/ Director on results of audits and findings.

9. Assist in the sustainability reporting process for data collection, verification, analysis and reporting.

10. Any other assignments and projects that may be assigned from time to time by the CEO/ Director.

REQUIREMENTS

Education/Qualification Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems/ IT or a related field or higher

Years of relevant Experience / Knowledge Have 3 - 5 years’ experience in internal/ external auditing or IT department for Public Listed Companies or Multinational Companies (MNC) or International Accounting Firms or Management Consulting Organizations.

Salary Range Commensurate with work experience, skills set and qualifications within the salary scale range of the Company.

Specific Skills/Preference :

  • Have hands-on experience in system analysis and use of reporting and analysis tools. Able to develop and implement dashboards using analytical tools such as Power BI.
  • Have strong knowledge of the ERP systems and reporting requirements of a manufacturing organization covering all functional areas including manufacturing, supply chain management and sales operations and sales management and CRM systems.
  • Able to develop SOP documentation for system generated reports, data analysis methodology and training materials for users.
