Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

- Market Insights: Provide insights into tech hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
- Diversity Hiring: Develop strategies to attract diverse talent and create an inclusive hiring process.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven minimum 6 years of experience as a Tech Recruiter, preferably in a tech consulting environment.
- Strong sourcing expertise, with demonstrated success in identifying and attracting passive candidates.
- Solid understanding of tech roles, skills, and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
