We are seeking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Campaigns Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence, build awareness, understanding and support of the various social and economic issues impacting communities in need. You will work closely with various departments to ensure our marketing strategies align with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote WV work.
- Build our supporter base and contribute towards delivery of marketing campaign’s target.
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with the communication team to produce engaging content for various channels, including digital, social media, and print.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide report / insights to improve future initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including celebrity, influencer, partners and vendors.
- Assist in organising promotional events and managing roadshows.
- Any other tasks that are given from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing or related fields
- At least 3 years of working experience in marketing or event planning
- Detailed, able to prepare evaluation and monitoring documents
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills as well as presentation/public speaking skills
- Good command of spoken and written Mandarin and English
- A fast learner and able to multi-task
- Able to work independently as well as being a team player
