Technical support and Troubleshooting:
- Design, deploy, and maintain the infrastructure Cloud environment required for Cloud Applications and Dynamics 365 (+ satellites), including Azure Services, Azure App Services and Azure SQL Database is a plus.
- Collaborate with solution architects to ensure optimal system design and performance.
- Implement best practices for high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability.
- Work closely with development teams to plan and execute system updates, patches, and feature releases.
- Monitor release pipelines and address any issues promptly.
- Refresh F&O and CE environment with all related interactions, including Dual Write.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Coordinate the deployment of third-party solutions (ISVs) within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Validate compatibility and performance of ISV solutions.
- Working closely with the Security Responsible, you will have to manage and fix Cloud Vulnerabilities.
- Implement security controls, access management, and compliance measures.
- Monitor and address security vulnerabilities.
- Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Provide training to IT staff and end-users on system maintenance and best practices.
- Proven experience as an Azure Administrator within a Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and knowledge of Dynamics 365.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services relevant to Dynamics 365 (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault).
- Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing releases.
- Understanding of version control (Git) and branching strategies.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain).
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Knowledge of Azure security features (Azure AD, RBAC, network security groups).
- Awareness of GDPR and other data protection regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear instructions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years in Azure infrastructure management.
- Specific experience with Dynamics 365 implementation and administration.
- English written and spoken is mandatory
