  • Guide customers for any related machine/changing setting.
  • In charge of day-to-day administrative jobs.
  • Remainder/Chasing customer for the outstanding payments.

  • Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
  • Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
  • Able to communicate with English averagely
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service-related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
  • Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
  • Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
