  • Prepare and bake high-quality pastries, desserts, and breads according to established recipes and standards.
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring proper training in techniques and safety practices.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on special events, themed menus, and customer requests.
  • Participate in quality control, ensuring all products meet our high standards for taste and presentation.
  • Assist in cost control and minimizing waste through efficient preparation techniques.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a pastry-focused environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong Pasty Making Skills.
  • Understand food safety regulations.
  • Strong Leadership Skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
