Responsibilities:

· Assist the Head Chef in developing and executing seasonal menus, including pastries, cakes, and breads.

· Prepare and bake high-quality pastries, desserts, and breads according to established recipes and standards.

· Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring proper training in techniques and safety practices.

· Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

· Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure seamless operations.

· Collaborate with the Head Chef on special events, themed menus, and customer requests.

· Participate in quality control, ensuring all products meet our high standards for taste and presentation.

· Assist in cost control and minimizing waste through efficient preparation techniques.

Qualifications:

· Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a pastry-focused environment.

· At least 3 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.

· Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
