Personal Assistant to Director
Reports to: Company Director
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Company Directors . This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, good judgement, and the ability to manage a diverse range of tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and trustworthy individual with a flexible approach to working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Personal Errands: Running personal errands for the Director, such as shopping, dry cleaning, and other personal tasks as needed.
- Driving: Providing reliable and safe transportation for Director, team and family members to and from meetings, appointments, and other destinations. Maintaining the company vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition.
- Sourcing: Sourcing items both physically and online, and arranging associated delivery and/or pickup logistics.
- Admin: Personal and business admin tasks, such as data entry, expenses tracking, arranging contractors, and other miscellaneous business/personal admin.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all business and personal matters.
- Event Planning: Assisting with the planning and organization of both business and personal events.
- Other Duties: Performing other reasonable and related duties as assigned by the Director.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably supporting a senior executive.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift within a 12-hour operational window 7am - 7pm (including evenings and weekends).
- Professional and presentable appearance.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Salary is based on basic and performance bonus.
Benefits: standard benefits include EPF/SOCSO, medical allowance, pantry allowance, annual dinner, laptop/phone will be provided if required.

Office is in a bustling shop lot based in Taman Danau Desa, near Midvalley / Bangsar Kuala Lumpur. Location:
Drive to office: Easily accessible from Federal Highway , Cheras Highway E37 and Jalan Klang Lama. Parking RM1 per hour.

- MRT to Kuchai Lama then MRT bus stops outside office building
- LRT to Pasar Seni/KL Sentral then 650 bus stops outside office building
- KTM to Midvalley then Grab to office
