Head of Business and Growth (Tech)
What would you do?
Oversee the client engagement, government relations, product development, product marketing & online platforms and sales of the Company. This role is also involved in all of the Company’s strategic positioning activities, executed through key functional channels.
Business Development:
- Identify and develop strategic plans to bring new brand collab partnerships and/or strategic alliance.
- Drive sales of products across all channels and market segment including opportunities in new customer base and markets.
- Continuously research the market, monitor industry trends, and identify emerging opportunities to diversify and strengthen the sales channels.
- Monitor the performance of business development initiatives, measure success, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Work closely with marketing in executing sales & marketing plans to drive sales growth & net profit.
- Minimize cost of ancillary sales cost (ie placement fee etc).
- Primary point of contact for strategic partners, fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Product Development, Product Marketing & Online Platforms:
- Oversee all new products including offline and online in terms of end-to-end product development and innovation lifecycle. This includes end-to-end product conceptualization, design, POC, UAT, go-live and post launch fixes.
- Implementation of our end-to-end Digital Platforms journey from designing and rolling out new functionalities to helping users optimize their online journey with the company.
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for our product offering, aligning with the company’s vision and market demands.
- Develop innovative, viable and best-in-class products meeting evolving customers' demands and drive revenue to the company.
- Delivery of a fully integrated Product Marketing and Go-to-Market strategy for company Products.
- Develop innovative, viable and best-in-class products meeting evolving customers' demands and drive revenue to the company.

- Ensure effective implementation of product strategies.
Client Engagement:
