Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Executive/Sr. Executive in Customer Service/Operations at MaxMoney Sdn Bhd. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality customer service, overseeing money exchange and transfer activities, and collaborating with agents for business expansion. The individual will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Description

1. Responsible for all online customer registration process from contacting newly registered customers to initiating the verification process and on-boarding them successfully.

2. Manage customer’s account approval after verification done and approve customers account and on board.

3. Liaise with Branches to ensure smooth conduct of online MC business.

4. Maintain and update reports to ensure every activity is captured and tracked in real time.

5. Keep track of transactions (KYC, Remittance and Money changer) and prepare weekly and monthly report (individual and consolidated) to be sent to management.

6. Keep track of online rates and identify any gaps between competitors rates and report to relevant parties to give competitive rates to customers.

7. Answer customer queries thru calls, emails, WhatsApp and give resolution.

8. Handle generic email and forward to relevant depart for resolution.

9. Continuously identify and find ways to improve the business process to be more efficient.

  • 10. Participate in all duties or tasks assigned from time to time by your reporting manager within and outside your normal scope of work without unreasonably refusing to perform such duties or tasks.
