Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in POS technology and industry trends.
- Educate clients on new features, updates, and enhancements to our POS systems.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through referrals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of success in building client relationships and driving account growth.
- Strong understanding of POS systems and their applications is a significant advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Moderate proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
