Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead & Motivate the Telesales Team – Supervise and coach a team of telesales executives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.

2. Sales Strategy Execution – Develop and implement effective outbound call strategies to optimize conversion rates.

3. Monitor Performance & Reporting – Track daily team performance, provide feedback, and prepare sales reports with data analysis for management.

4. Customer Engagement – Handle high-priority outbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively to enhance sales outcomes.

5. Training & Development – Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills.

6. Process Improvement – Identify areas for process enhancement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements:

1. Strong Leadership & Communication Skills – Ability to inspire, train, and manage a team effectively.

2. Multilingual Proficiency – Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin is a plus point.

3. Proven Sales Experience – Prior success in outbound B2B telesales, particularly in industrial product sales.

4. Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in office software and CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting.

5. Results-Driven Mindset – Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
