Client Partner (Client Servicing + Project Account Manager)
Job Description
16TWO is looking for an experienced Client Partner, a hybrid role combining project management and client servicing expertise, with a strong background in managing diverse creative and digital projects. This includes, but is not limited to, social media campaigns, video production, and website development. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in coordinating and delivering successful projects while ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction.
In this key position, you will oversee the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. You will also work closely with internal teams to develop digital strategies, campaigns, and ensure seamless collaboration to meet client goals.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and nurturing strong relationships.
- Coordinate project execution, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, technical) to develop and implement campaigns across digital, video, and web platforms.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, providing updates to clients and teams.
- Anticipate client needs, address concerns proactively, and ensure service excellence.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to improve campaign outcomes.
- Stay informed on industry trends and new platforms (Meta, X (Twitter), TikTok).
- Contribute to proposals, progress reports, and post-campaign evaluations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management and client servicing, ideally in a creative or digital environment.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken). Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in digital marketing, video production, website development, or social media management is a plus.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Willingness to work extended hours and travel as needed.
