  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

What you will do

As the Full Stack Web Developer, you will be designing and deploying well-structured code to ensure optimal web performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, UI and UX designers. You will utilise your exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to create and implement innovative solutions to solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges while employing strong critical thinking skills to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing web applications.

You have a strong background in web development using PHP, PHP framework, and PHP CMS systems, Laravel, API led development, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (jQuery). You are willing to grow further by developing your skills. You will experience first-hand what it is like to work in an international & fast-paced start-up environment.

Other key responsibilities:

  • Design, test and deploy high-quality code for web and mobile development.
  • Responsible for user-facing elements developed by yourself and other developers with backend systems.
  • Build efficient, testable, secure and reusable modules.
  • Accountable to carry out security and compliance assessment to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Investigate and solve performance problems and architectural challenges.
  • Integration of data storage solutions such as MySQL and similar.
  • Adopt, review and improve existing processes.

To be successful, you will have:

  • at least 5 years of experience in full stack website/web development.
  • Main backend technologies is PHP (7.4 & 8.x), PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, Slim…) and PHP CMS systems (WordPress, Drupal…). Having experience with other languages such as NodeJS is a plus.
  • Front-end development consists of HTM5, CSS3 and JavaScript. Having experience with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as VueJS or ReactJS or other modern framework is a plus.
  • Being able to integrate SQL-based data storage solutions, is a key requirement. Experience with SQL as a language is required.
