We are seeking a skilled Delivery Solution Architect specializing in application development on AWS. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in .NET or Java, a strong background in frontend development, and hands-on experience with DevSecOps practices. The candidate should also demonstrate proven leadership capabilities, having led teams of 5-10 developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable, high-performance application solutions on the AWS platform, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices.

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across application development lifecycles, including backend, frontend, and cloud integration.

• Lead and manage a team of 5-10 developers, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

• Implement and enforce DevSecOps practices, integrating security protocols into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure secure application development and deployment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define architecture, and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate architectural decisions and demonstrate innovative approaches.

• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability, leveraging AWS services and tools effectively.

• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to the development team, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Engage with stakeholders to articulate technical solutions, risks, and project progress.

• Stay updated with the latest AWS services, application development trends, and DevSecOps tools to drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Min 10 years of experience as a Delivery Solution Architect with a focus on application development.

• Proficiency in .NET or Java, with hands-on frontend development experience (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).

• Solid experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFormation).

• Strong expertise in DevSecOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, HashiCorp Vault, or AWS CodePipeline).

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of serverless architectures and best practices.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools

• Proven ability to lead and manage development teams of 5-10 resources.

• Experience in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures and APIs.

• Familiarity with security best practices in application development and cloud environments.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Education and Certification

• Bachelors or associate degree in IT discipline

• Certification in AWS Certified: Solution Architect or AWS Certified Developer are must.
