Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, hiring and headcount of the organization
  • To ensure effective learning & development programs are in place for new/existing employees
  • To manage performance, KPIs, appraisal and employee relations
  • To manage the compensation and benefits programs within the organization. This includes developing and implementing attractive compensation policies and managing employee benefits programs that will help grow existing employees and attract bright talents.
  • To manage the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll & statutory contributions for all employees
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and HR data
  • Identify weaknesses to policies and procedures and recommend improvements where required.
  • Ensure compliance to local labor laws & regulations
  • Supervise day-to-day administrative operations, including facility & asset management/maintenance, leasing, IT systems, office supplies, and security.
  • Perform monthly analysis of financial information for reporting to top management
  • Ensure effective policies and procedures are in place and ensure compliance. Identify weaknesses and recommend improvements where required
  • Any other tasks as required by management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business admin management or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in HR management.
  • Knowledge of HR operation role
  • Knowledge of employment law and statutory registration.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Mandarin speaker is advantageous.
