Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Executive, Social Media to lead and execute our digital engagement strategy. This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven individual who understands the latest trends in social media and can enhance brand presence, audience engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Plan and manage content calendars to ensure timely and strategic posting.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Stay updated with social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to optimize engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to enhance community engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, PR) to align social media efforts with overall brand and business goals.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and budget allocation for optimal ROI.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to drive brand reach and credibility.
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management on social media.
- Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, SEO, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Experience in managing social media ads and paid campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
