The role of the Consumer Engagement Executive is to engage consumers in a more integrated and holistic way, leveraging the strengths of our traditional offline platforms and building our new competitive edge in the social/digital context, across paid media & CRM platforms. This role will encompass a deep understanding of customer omni-channel behavior and market trends, allowing for the creation of targeted consumer engagement campaigns and strategies that resonate with these preferences. The successful candidate will then flawlessly execute these campaigns across all offline and online touchpoints, ensuring brand story consistency through various communication channels.

What You Will Achieve

  • Implement marketing plans and campaigns, and execute omnichannel marketing strategies, including social media, CRM, and digital content.
  • Support the execution of social digital and CRM plans, and follow up on media and communication plans to meet project KPIs.
  • Manage PR and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) plans, develop content, and maintain relationships with KOLs for campaign support.
  • Collaborate with in-market teams to align marketing activities, execute e-commerce campaigns, and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are within the allocated budget, and monitor and report on the implementation of marketing plans.
  • Work closely with Retail Marketing, Education Manager, and other stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and alignment with various teams to achieve business goals.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) in a similar role, preferably in retail / beauty / high fashion industry.
  • Proactive and positive approach to work and daily tasks.
  • Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with all parties.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
