- Handle customer calls and WhatsApp complaints.
- Maintain and update system records, perform data entry, and ensure proper documentation.
- Manage and handle daily operations, clerical tasks, and invoice preparation.
- Responsible for day-to-day customer service administrative matters.
- Undertake other special assignments as required.
- Minimum Education: Diploma
- At least 2 years of working experience in any field.
- Strong command of both spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Must be computer literate with strong competency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Flexible and able to work effectively and independently.
- Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes.
- Working hours: weekdays 9.30am-6pm , sat 9.30am-1pm (alternate)
