  • Handle customer calls and WhatsApp complaints.
  • Maintain and update system records, perform data entry, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Manage and handle daily operations, clerical tasks, and invoice preparation.
  • Responsible for day-to-day customer service administrative matters.
  • Undertake other special assignments as required.
  • Minimum Education: Diploma
  • At least 2 years of working experience in any field.
  • Strong command of both spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Must be computer literate with strong competency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Flexible and able to work effectively and independently.
  • Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes.
  • Working hours: weekdays 9.30am-6pm , sat 9.30am-1pm (alternate)
