Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of product management, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and guidance to achieve product objectives.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for complex product or transaction issues.
- Work closely with business, technical, and operations teams to align product functionality with organizational needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 6–8 years of experience in product management, product operations, or a related field, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or team management role. 2–5 years of experience in the digital/tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing product roadmaps, workflows, and cross- functional collaborations.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated and capable of working effectively within a team and across the organization with minimal supervision, independently driving results toward agreed goals.
- Understanding of the development, testing, and deployment life cycle.
- Experience in Financial Services (Remittance) is a plus.
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and transaction workflows is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and log tracking is an advantage.
- Strong diagnostic skills to resolve complex product issues effectively.
