Job Description:
We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst with expertise in the Banking Domain to support the implementation of business requirements, functional design, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure seamless requirement gathering, documentation, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for business requirements and functional design clarifications.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into user stories.
Work with customer business users to validate and refine requirements.
Assist the technical team in development planning and requirement breakdown.
Maintain Requirements and Traceability documentation to ensure end-to-end alignment.
Ensure a smooth transition of requirements and use cases to designers and developers.
Participate in quality management reviews, including design and prototype reviews, to ensure completeness of requirements.
Support Supplier Testing Teams in understanding functional requirements for SIT, UAT, and performance testing.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst in the Banking Domain.
Strong expertise in requirement gathering, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.
Experience in Agile methodologies, user story creation, and backlog refinement.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (business users, developers, testers).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
Skills : Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
