Customer Success Associate
Delta Spike is seeking a Customer Success Associate to cultivate strong relationships with our clients and partners, ensuring their satisfaction and driving the success of our services. This role requires a proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving individual who will engage with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail, capable of working autonomously, and possessing superior communication skills.
- Highly organised and adept at multitasking.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Previous experience with SaaS Customer Success Management (CSM) platforms is advantageous.
- Prior work experience in the IT, Logistics, or Hospitality industry is a plus.
Responsibility
- Primary point of contact for post-sales customer engagement.
- Deep understanding of products/services to educate and maximize customer value.
- Guide new customers through onboarding for a smooth Deltaspike service introduction.
- Proactively gather customer feedback, address concerns, and provide updates.
- Identify opportunities for customer digital empowerment and guide the Business Growth Team.
- Consult with project teams and customers for smooth engagement.
- Regular follow-up and updates on service deliverables and SLAs.
- Collaborate with sales to manage contract renewals, fostering customer loyalty.
- Cultivate satisfied clients as brand advocates for case studies/referrals.
- Report customer insights and market trends to CSM leadership.
- Assist in defining tools, SOPs, and processes for Seller Services.
- Champion compliance project implementation.
