Job Objective is to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle to effectively fulfill the organization’s staffing needs and to actively support employee engagement initiatives to enhance team morale and productivity.

Main Requirement:

  • Candidate should have at least 1.5 to 3 years of working experiences in recruitment or Talent Acquisition and engagement.
  • Exposure with F&B and/or retail related business is an added advantage.
  • Sound comprehensive of recruitment best practices, sourcing methodologies and employment regulations that related to blue collar hiring

Job Responsibilities:

1.Candidate Sourcing and Attraction

  1. Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events and employee referrals
  2. Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.
  3. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

2.Screening & Selection

  1. Review candidate profiles and applications to identify potential candidates
  2. Conduct initials candidate phone screens and interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with job requirement.
  3. Coordinate and schedule interview with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  4. Conduct reference checks and background screening as needed.

3.Candidate Experience

  1. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely and constructive feedback.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with candidates to build a positive employer brand
  3. Responsible for offer / salary negotiation and follow up on candidates till their onboarding process
  4. Conduct induction training for new joiner in Head Office

4.Collaboration and Coordination

  1. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and propose effective recruitment plans
  2. Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and induction programme for new hires.
  3. Guide and support the hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  4. Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and induction programme for new hires.

5.Resource Planning and Reporting

  1. Compile exit interview forms and conduct exits interviews feedback to understand reason for leaving.
  2. Review each recruitment channel effectiveness and propose for improvement or new channel
  3. Maintain accurate candidate tracker according to the recruitment funnel process to ensure each applications received are processed accordingly.
  4. Maintain accurate recruitment reports as per business needs ie: Turnover, recruitment dashboard etc.

6.Internal & External Engagement

  1. PIC for Company SocMed account ie: LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, Tik Tok, Instagram etc
  2. Assist immediate superior to implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
  3. Assist in event organiser and activities that foster a positive company culture and enhance team cohesion.
  4. Promote the career platform to encourage employee reviews and feedback.

7.Other task

  1. Participate in project that assigned by the immediate superior
  2. Perform any other additional responsibilities as assigned by the Immediate Superior

Other Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess of relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualifications in the HR or Recruitment field.
  • Knowledgeable in Employment Act, Part Time Regulations, MOHR requirements and hiring of foreign workers procedures are an added advantage.
  • Recognize and be responsive to the needs of all internal & external customers of the organization.
  • High integrity, people oriented and able to work well with employees across all levels of the organization.
  • Able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms in English and Malay.
