About the Role: As part of the Global Marketing team you will report to the Global Head of Talent Marketing and will support our Advisory and Global Workplace Solutions business segments. We hire roles that vary from Brokers to Analysts, Engineers, and Technicians. You will partner with the business, People, Corporate Communications and marketing colleagues to ensure talent - both within the company today and future hires - engages with CBRE in meaningful, distinctive and innovative ways.

What You'll Do:

  • Establish our Recruitment Marketing practice in APAC by leveraging the already established global infrastructure while building the regional foundational elements required in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee Recruitment Marketing including strategy development, campaign project management, performance analytics, stakeholder management, and operations
  • Create compelling recruitment marketing campaigns to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion (talent community sign ups & apply clicks)
  • Manage, localize, and activate Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and its associated creative platform across all content, career channels, touchpoints internally and externally in a relevant, and brand aligned manner.
  • Provide high quality consultation, education, and recommendations to a variety of internal stakeholders in need of your help (Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, etc.) on critical talent attraction challenges by independently developing solutions, often from a blank sheet of paper
  • Maintain a deep macro-understanding of recruiting, talent, and marketing trends with a micro-understanding of what motivates multiple talent segments to choose an employer

What You'll Need:

  • 5-8 years of experience in employer brand/recruitment marketing
  • Experience creating recruitment marketing campaigns for roles with limited agency support
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, work practically, and do hard things well with speed and urgency.
  • Operate effectively in a lean, fluid and evolving team, with a bias for action.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and inspire your team and peer groups both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience collaborating and working cross functionally in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Bachelor's degree
