Qualifications
- Promote and sell our beverage products to customers, including retailers, modern trade, government sector, private sector and petrol stations throughout Malaysia.
- Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information and samples to customers, and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives, and report sales performance to management.
- Participate in exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our beverage products.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our beverage products.
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain customer databases, and ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Identify and target potential modern trade partners including supermarkets, hypermarkets and convenience stores.
- Negotiate contracts, terms and conditions with modern trade partners to maximize product placement and sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance in modern trade channels, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the modern trade and retail industry.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and product offerings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure successful product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and potential areas for product innovation.
