Responsibilities

  • Assist Trust Relationship Managers in providing comprehensive trust and corporate services.
  • Deliver high-quality and professional trust and company administration services.
  • Prepare and draft trust-related documents.
  • Conduct administrative reviews of existing trust and company structures.
  • Ensure timely completion of regulatory filings.
  • Monitor transactions and review trust accounts.
  • Perform name screening for trust-related parties.
  • Adhere to the organization’s internal control and audit standards.
  • Maintain and update client records, ensuring data accuracy in relevant systems.
  • Support additional trust administration tasks, including invoicing and credit control.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Law and/or a Certificate in Legal Practice (or equivalent).
  • A degree in a related field or a professional qualification will be considered.
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
  • STEP qualification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to develop and maintain trust knowledge to provide full trust and corporate services.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
