- Deliver high-quality and professional trust and company administration services.
- Prepare and draft trust-related documents.
- Conduct administrative reviews of existing trust and company structures.
- Ensure timely completion of regulatory filings.
- Monitor transactions and review trust accounts.
- Perform name screening for trust-related parties.
- Adhere to the organization’s internal control and audit standards.
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring data accuracy in relevant systems.
- Support additional trust administration tasks, including invoicing and credit control.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A degree in Law and/or a Certificate in Legal Practice (or equivalent).
- A degree in a related field or a professional qualification will be considered.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- STEP qualification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to develop and maintain trust knowledge to provide full trust and corporate services.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
