Customer Care Specialist (Preferably Mandarin Speaker)

Working day & hour: Mon - Fri / 8.30am - 5.30pm
Requirements:
1. Minimum qualification: Diploma
2. At least 1-2 years of working experience in the Customer Service field
3. Preferably an immediate starter/able to join in April 2025
4. Strong customer focus and communication skills
5. Problem-solving, proactive mindset, and teamwork
6. Ability to multitask and work under pressure independently
Job Description:
a. Quote & Order Management
- Handle customer quote requests, price approvals, and sales orders.
- Manage order changes, backlog, shipments, and product introductions.
- Process sample orders, returns (RMA), and replacements.
b. Customer Service
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, working with teams to resolve issues.
- Communicate via email, calls, and visits for delivery and project matters.
- Support special requests like labeling, customs, and packaging.
c. Customer Supply Chain Management
- Manage stock requisitions, inventory levels, and demand forecasts.
- Work with planning teams to adjust capacity and fulfill orders.
- Resolve logistics and customs issues.
d. Customer Credit & Billing Management
- Ensure accurate billing and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Work with finance to resolve payment and credit status issues.
- Process credit releases, debit notes, and credit notes.
