  • Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and building data pipelines
  • Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or cloud-based solutions like AWS or Azure
  • IT skills to analyse, diagnose, and troubleshoot users' computer problems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems using data
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
