- Proven expertise in EPCC tendering and package management.
- Strong experience in preparing, reviewing, and evaluating tender documents for large-scale projects.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with a focus on cost savings and risk mitigation.
- Strong understanding of procurement regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
- Experience in dealing with local and international suppliers within the oil & gas sector is an added advantage.
