JOB SUMMARY:

  1. Reporting to the GM/Head of Marketing, this is a supporting role within the Marketing department and will assist with developing and executing communication strategies that drive growth and engagement.
  2. With experience in communications and digital marketing, you will have the opportunity to shape the communication strategies for the Group and make a significant impact on our growth and success.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, newsletters, brochures, reports, media alerts, press releases, and other digital and print materials.

2. Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, web, etc.).

3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.

4. Monitor and report about the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

5. Create visually appealing marketing materials and perform other duties as assigned.

6. Assist in managing and analyzing social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.

7. Assist with project management of events, conventions, exhibitions, etc.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

1. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field.

2. Experiences: 1-3 years’ experience in Communications, Digital, Social Media, Marketing, or similar role.

3. Qualities:

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal), as well as negotiation and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

4. Knowledge & Skills

• Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Strong analytical skills to assess marketing data and metrics.

5.Languages: English & Mandarin is a plus to liaising with China counterparts.
