What You’ll Do
As an Expansion Associate, your role will be to drive Graspberry’s growth by securing prime vending machine locations and forming strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research high-potential locations for vending machine placements.
- Engage and negotiate with landlords, property owners, and business partners to secure prime locations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (mall operators, building managers, corporate offices, universities, etc.).
- Conduct site visits to evaluate foot traffic, demographic suitability, and potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth deployment of vending machines.
- Track and analyze expansion performance, optimizing strategies based on real-world data.

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven individual who is passionate about business development, negotiation, and market expansion.
Requirements:
- Strong communication & negotiation skills – You enjoy pitching ideas and closing deals.
- Self-motivated & proactive – You take initiative and work independently to drive results.
- Ability to build relationships – Comfortable reaching out to property owners, businesses, and decision-makers.
- Sales or business development experience is a plus but not required – we value mindset and drive over qualifications.
