How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Internship period: 5-6 months (Preferred 6-month internship duration)

Position: People & Culture (Human Resources)

Job Overview

  • Involve in hiring process, advertise job postings, searches for candidates to fill the role, screens the candidates, arrange an interview with shortlisted candidates and coordinate hiring efforts with managers responsible for making the final selection of candidates.
  • Check, review and data entry for Overtime claim, Breakdown claim and Sales Commission. Next, calculate internship allowance, prepare Internship Payment Voucher, and ensure that all employees and interns get paid correctly and on time.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies, programs, and initiatives to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.
  • Assist employees in registering for relevant seminars or workshops and work closely with Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC) for grant applications and claim processing.
  • Prepare and process payments for approved utilities invoices in a timely manner and verify accuracy of payment amounts and account details before processing.

Functional Tasks

  • Ensure the recruitment of highly qualified candidates by conducting thorough reference checks, optimizing the internal interview process, and identifying cost-effective recruitment channels.
  • Work closely with People & Culture (P&C) colleagues and managers to actively synchronize activities, fostering a beneficial partnership that contributes to organizational success.
  • Build trust among employees and within the organization, cultivating an environment where HR initiatives are more effective and contribute positively to overall organizational goals.
