DOO you have what it takes?

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Risk Identification & Assessment – Analyze risks in cryptocurrency investments, trading activities, and internal processes. Identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Market Risk Management – Monitor market trends, assess price volatility, and develop risk mitigation strategies, including liquidity risk, price fluctuations, and exposure to volatile assets.
  • Cybersecurity & Operational Risk – Ensure the security of trading systems and platforms from hacking attempts and cyber threats. Implement robust risk management processes for internal operations and external interactions.
  • Regulatory Compliance – Stay up to date with cryptocurrency regulations (KYC, AML, data protection) and work closely with legal teams to ensure compliance.
  • Portfolio Risk Management – Assess risks associated with crypto portfolios and develop strategies for diversification, hedging, and managing asset exposure.
  • Counterparty & Third-Party Risk – Conduct due diligence on counterparties and third-party vendors to ensure compliance with company risk management standards.
  • Reporting & Documentation – Prepare risk reports for senior management, document risk assessments, and track mitigation strategies.
  • Risk Platform Management – Monitor market conditions, evaluate platform risk control mechanisms, and propose optimizations for the risk management system.
  • Continuous Improvement – Assess and enhance risk management tools and techniques to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-4 years experience in a crypto trading environment is a must
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading strategies, and blockchain technology.
  • Proficiency in trading platforms, APIs, and risk management systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in risk management, compliance, or trading is required.
  • Leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory.
