Design and develop training programs for direct sellers, covering sales techniques, product knowledge, customer relationship management, team building, and more.Organize regular online and offline training activities, including but not limited to seminars, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions.Track the performance of direct sellers and provide personalized training recommendations and improvement plans.Work closely with the sales team and management to understand training needs and optimize training content.Create training materials, including PPTs, manuals, video tutorials, etc., to ensure the training content is easy to understand and apply.Evaluate training effectiveness, collect feedback, and continuously improve training programs. Minimum of two years of experience in direct sales training or a related field, with a deep understanding of the direct sales model and industry characteristics.Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver training content clearly and engagingly.Strong curriculum design and development skills, with the ability to customize training programs based on needs.Strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize training outcomes based on data feedback.Background in the direct sales industry or experience in managing direct sellers is preferred.Proficiency in office software (e.g., PPT, Excel) and online training tools.Must be fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken), as the training will be conducted in Chinese.
