What you'll be doing

  • To manage walk-in customers, dealers and/or retailers at the service center
  • Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient assistance to resolve customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • To perform courier packing & arrangements when required
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar front-desk or call center role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer enquiries
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
