Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Develop and implement financial controls, risk management policies, and internal audit frameworks to safeguard company assets.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and long-term growth.
  • Manage and optimize cash flow, treasury, and funding strategies to maintain financial stability.
  • Oversee consolidation of financial statements across multiple subsidiaries or business units.
  • Work closely with senior management, board members, and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
  • Drive cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for financial efficiency improvements.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team to ensure strong execution of financial functions.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA, ACCA, or CFA qualification is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, with exposure to regional or group-level financial management.
  • Strong technical expertise in IFRS/MFRS accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven experience in financial consolidation, treasury management, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in industry, e.g., manufacturing, FMCG, financial services is an advantage.
