Quality Assurance Executive
Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for ensuring that products or services meet the required standards of quality. They will work closely with other teams to implement quality control measures, perform testing, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This role is essential in maintaining high-quality outputs that meet both customer and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control & Testing: Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify product quality and compliance with company standards and specifications.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Documenting & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of testing and inspections. Prepare detailed reports on quality issues and results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (production, operations, etc.) to ensure quality standards are being met throughout production.
- Training & Support: Assist in training employees on quality control procedures, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure products comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and any other applicable legal requirements.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and work with relevant teams to address issues.
- Problem Solving: Investigate product defects, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Audits: Participate in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality management systems and standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management).
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) and industry regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using QA tools and software for testing and documentation.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.
