Responsibilities
- Manage product assortment, pricing, margin markdown, distribution channel and promotion plans
- Handle OTB, order/stock planning, and inventory management
- Prepare and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Handle merchandise replenishment, allocation and consolidation of stocks
- Manage stock visitation to ensure merchandise alignment, inspect defects, inventory accuracy, and address store product requests etc
- Provide related teams with products and new launches details, including brand, collection/product information, sales plan, and descriptions

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, Finance, Math, Statistics or related field
- Minimum 4 years experience in merchandising role within the fashion industry demonstrating strong business acumen
- Knowledgeable to fashion trends, consumer behavior and the competitive landscape
- Good leadership and team collaboration skills
- Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
