Responsibilities

  • Manage product assortment, pricing, margin markdown, distribution channel and promotion plans
  • Handle OTB, order/stock planning, and inventory management
  • Prepare and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Handle merchandise replenishment, allocation and consolidation of stocks
  • Manage stock visitation to ensure merchandise alignment, inspect defects, inventory accuracy, and address store product requests etc
  • Provide related teams with products and new launches details, including brand, collection/product information, sales plan, and descriptions
  • Act as the liaison with the brand principal and internal teams
  • Coordinate with logistics team on product delivery and shipping
  • Ensure stores comply with brand standards and visual guidelines
  • Lead, motivate and mentor junior team
  • Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Constantly research and analyze competitor's activity/trend

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, Finance, Math, Statistics or related field
  • Minimum 4 years experience in merchandising role within the fashion industry demonstrating strong business acumen
  • Knowledgeable to fashion trends, consumer behavior and the competitive landscape
  • Good leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
