Product Marketing & Training Manager
Purpose of this position / Position summary
The Product Marketing & Training Manager required to oversee and supervise the strategy, planning and managing the product lifecycle management including new products pipeline/launch. He/She will need to monitor the market and developing competitive analyses to facilitate sales growth and ZEISS market share. He/She leads the product and selling trainings to ensure that touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient and effective, focusing on increasing customer satisfaction rates; customer loyalty and using a variety of methods to engage with customers including complaints.
Primary duties and responsibilities
Product Management
- Lead in Product Lifecycle Management for VIS portfolio (Lenses, VTS and Cleaning Solutions)
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, RA and relevant Global Team) to drive the new product launch execution which including competitive analyses, pricing strategy and forecast, Demo Sample lenses and deem necessary to support for the new product launch.
- Work closely with Brand Marketing in Product Catalogue Development & B2B materials development.
Team Leadership
Responsible for overseeing the hiring and training of Product Sales Training Specialist to ensure an effective workforce.
Supervise the activities of the team to ensure their interaction with customers reflect positively on the company.
Support the team in managing B2B & B2C customers when required
Utilize digital platforms in reaching out to customers to help resolve issues and provide quick response to inquiries
Improve productivity of the team through digital transformation and platforms to enable the team to provide value added services to the customers, thereby enhancing the customer experience with ZEISS (Microsoft Team, SalesForce and etc).
Training
Develop training modules and program for Optical channel (ECPs & Frontliners) in the retail environment, associations and universities if needed.
Working with the Product Sales Specialist to conduct training sessions on lenses or VTS machines to identified & potential business partner through sales team.
Develop competitive analysis for different products to overcome objections/ barriers.
Develop and conduct internal training to commercial and non-commercial staff
Responsible in driving MyVision Experience by ZEISS (Customer Journey) implementation with ZVC and ZVE partners.
Develop and define on-boarding program for new on-board customers.
Support sales team in providing the best of ZEISS experience to business partners at ZEISS Customer Center.
Develop and execute customer experience surveys, NPS scoring and satisfaction scores on customer opinion of rendered services and identify areas of improvements.
Myopia Management Lead
Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Myopia Management portfolio, shaping the market with new portfolio (benchmarking and positioning), myopia management tool(s) and B2B/B2C education / awareness
programs and channel penetration (optical and hospital).
Work within the team and across functions for the launch, roll out and growth of the Myopia Management
Portfolio
- Compliance & SOPLead & work closely with the direct manager and key stakeholders to ensure compliance with all legislation and regulations relevant to the local market. Implement plans and programs to continue to meet all compliance requirements i.e. GDPMD, ISO etc
- Reviewing and optimizing relevant standard processes to meet company/ market legislative and balance with business efficiency and customer engagement.
And any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
