Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure company operations comply with global regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct compliance audits and address non-compliance issues.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure adherence to all regulations.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and advise management on necessary adjustments.
- Provide compliance training to internal teams.
- Assist with regulatory filings and reporting as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role (preferably in financial services).
- Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS)
- International Compliance Association (ICA) Diploma in Compliance
- Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)
