Your responsibilities will be to:
- Assist the Head of Department in implementing Merchantrade Money (MM) Operational Risk Management Framework and ensure compliance with regulations, policies and procedures;
- Assist the Head of Department and business units to identify and assess the key risks exposure under Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA);
- Assisting the Head of Department to review, verify and report loss events;
- Assist the Head of Department to identify, establish, develop and report Key Risk Indicators (KRI);
- Manage and establish Key Control Testing (KCT) for business/support units;
- Lead and assist business units to review documentation to enhance;procedures/SOP’s and policies to identify key risks and to update SOP’s if required;
- Manage and review Gap Analysis for revised policies / regulatory guidelines to ensure timely completion;
- Promote risk and compliance culture within business and support units
To be eligible for this role, you will require:
- Minimum qualification of Diploma / Degree in any field.
- Minimum 4 years of related experience in risk management, fraud management / control/ compliance, preferably from financial industry.
- Independent, team player and able to adapt to change, attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
