  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the nutrition industry, with a specific focus on Livestream, Video Editor, Content Creatior, Business Development,etc.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR department and Business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Make good preparations before setting up the office, such as applying for various compliance documents, etc.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to continuously improve recruitment strategies and practices.

Who we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the startup, nutrition and E-commerce industry, with a focus on Business Development roles.
  • Familiar with local labor laws and employment policies.
  • Great communication in English or Chinese.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset with a strong commitment to achieving recruitment goals.
