We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer with expertise in both DevOps and product management.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in requirement gathering, impact analysis, conducting various type of testing including performance testing. This role requires proficiency in various types of testing (PST, SIT, E2E Integration, UAT,TAT), managing user acceptance testing (UAT), leading QA team and preparing user guides.
Familiarity with Linux-based infrastructure and SQL is an added advantage, along with working knowledge of LoadRunner, JIRA, QTest and test automation scripts. The candidate should be able to work independently with strong self-motivation, and with strong communication skills.
The Technical Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software products through rigorous testing processes. This role involves designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to enhance product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Test Engineer, experience in implementing testing automation, Testsigma and Postman a huge plus.
You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

- Ensure products meet quality standards through thorough testing and QA processes.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate testing tools and frameworks.
- Continuously improve automation processes to enhance testing efficiency.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare test reports and metrics to communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss testing status and issues.
As a Test Engineer, experience in implementing testing automation, Testsigma and Postman a huge plus.
