Brand & Marketing, Assistant Manager
AIRSCREAM is seeking a creative and talented Brand & Marketing, Assistant Manager to join our dynamic brand & marketing team. As a Brand and Marketing assistant manager, you will be responsible for growing our company brand, products, and services in different international and local markets. Your campaigns and projects will be pivotal to the optimization of our marketing campaigns, promotion and to drive audience engagement and growth.
Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and execute multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts, driving engagement, brand awareness, and growth for products and services.
- Oversee influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and joint ventures with relevant partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate and and propose strategies for content across social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other marketing materials, ensuring effective execution aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Experience in mapping the consumer journey, identifying key touchpoints, and developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions throughout the entire process.
- Work closely with the creative and design team to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing online and offline program, product launches, and brand activation projects.
- All-rounder marketeer with creative mindset with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing / mass communication / digital marketing or international business or any related field.
- Above 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the consumer goods, personal care, or art industries.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok and community or fan-based platforms)
- Outstanding knowledge and understanding brand and product marketing concepts, trends, best practices and online advertising such as SEO and SEM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and understand use of project management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet datelines.
- Having a strong and active social network within the entertainment or art industry will be an added advantage.
- Experience in sales and business development will be an added advantage.
