Role Description
1. Data entry: Enter financial information into the company's general ledger system
2. Financial reporting: Prepare financial statements, summaries, and reports for managers.
3. Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and other financial items
4. Auditing: Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
5. Clerical tasks: Sort documents, answer phones, and order office supplies
6. Customer service: Provide customer service, collect outstanding bills, and post payments
7. Tax filings: Assist with the preparation of tax filings
Qualifications
- Credit Control and Finance skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Experience with financial software is a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local financial regulations and procedures
